State institution: These 4-year North Carolina schools attract the fewest in-state students

Chamberlain University-North Carolina, Grace College of Divinity and Duke University enrolled the fewest in-state students of all four-year North Carolina schools, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of fall 2017 data.
