Graduates earn 302 degrees, certificates from Miller-Motte College-Raleigh


About 58.3 percent of the 302 degrees and certificates handed out by Miller-Motte College-Raleigh in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Raleigh conferred 92 certificates and 84 associate's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in truck and bus driver/commercial vehicle operator and instructor. Data shows the school gave out 88 certificates in truck and bus driver/commercial vehicle operator and instructor, followed by 65 certificates in nursing assistant/aide and patient care assistant/aide and 58 associate's degrees in medical/clinical assistant.

The college enrolled 443 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
